Welcome to Marquz's House!
We're a family-owned business with a story that began right at home. The name "Marquz's House" was lovingly chosen by our little boy, Marquz, and it perfectly captures the heart of where it all started—our home.
In 2023, we began offering simple services like photocopying, document printing, typing jobs, and rush ID creation from our living room. With no signage, just the support and trust of neighbors, family, and friends, word began to spread.
On March 2, 2025, we took a leap of faith and brought our services online, launching our Facebook page to reach even more people.
On May 1, 2025, we began building our official website, filled with excitement.
We never set out with big expectations—just a passion for crafting, designing, and printing. Every project, every milestone, is a blessing we’re proud to share. It’s a joy to run a business that reflects our hobbies and creativity.

1. General Terms
By accessing or using any products or services offered by Marquz's House — including but not limited to Canva templates, typing services, printing services, handmade crafts, merchandise, and custom physical goods — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Canva Templates (Digital Products)
● Upon purchase, a template link will be sent to the customer's email within 1 to 24 hours, depending on workload.
● Templates are intended for personal or business use only. Reselling, redistribution, or claiming them as your own is strictly prohibited.
● Customers are allowed to edit and customize templates; however, Marquz's House is not responsible for any issues arising from modifications.
● Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once the file has been sent.
3. Typing Services
● Customers must provide clear, legible, and accurate source materials for transcription.
● Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and length of the project; estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
● Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the completed work, and reasonable corrections will be made free of charge.
● Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Printing Services
● Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted files are correct and print-ready.
● Marquz’s House is not liable for printing errors resulting from customer file issues.
● Printed materials are non-refundable except in cases where the error is a direct result of Marquz’s House's printing process.
● Orders must be picked up or will be delivered according to the arrangement made at the time of purchase.
5. Handmade Crafts, Merchandise, and Custom Orders (Physical Products)
● Handmade and custom items are crafted with care; slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each product.
● Custom orders require full payment or a non-refundable deposit at the time of order, depending on the agreement.
● Due to the personalized nature of custom items, returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective or the error is due to Marquz’s House.
● Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and approval of designs before production begins.
6. Payments and Refunds
● Full payment is required before any order is processed unless alternative terms have been agreed upon.
● Digital products and services are non-refundable once files have been delivered or work has commenced.
● Refunds for physical products will only be issued if an error is attributable to Marquz's House.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
● Marquz’s House is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use of our digital products, services, or physical goods.
● While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that our templates or products will meet every specific need. Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchase.
● We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
8. Privacy Policy
● Customer information, including contact details and submitted files, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for fulfilling orders and service-related communications.
● We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties.
9. Modifications to Terms
● Marquz's House reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed.
